Deirdre Monroy, Vice President of Client Services

Deirdre Hannigan Monroy is a Plus Three co-founder as well as their Vice President of Client Services. An entrepreneur with a long professional history of project and product management, Monroy has spent her career managing loyalty and retention programs for an impressive array of clients, including Capital One, IBM, Dell, The Washington Post, and others.

Prior to Plus Three, Monroy spent five years as the Director of Implementation of Bigfoot Interactive, a direct marketing company. As one of the company's original team members, Monroy played an integral role in developing order processing and fulfillment systems that allowed Bigfoot Interactive to reduce cycle times fourfold, double production output, and support more than 100 top-tier clients with Application Service Provider solutions.

Monroy has spent 18 years at Plus Three helping clients achieve their visions for communications, marketing, and donation strategies; additionally, she oversees Plus Three’s Human Resources department, and facilitates product development, too.

A graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and International Business, Monroy lives in New Jersey with her husband and son.
